Hi I have a complaint, I would call but the man hung up on me We collected our meal that said it would be ready for 1730 and it wasn’t ready till 1750 my partner had to wait on it and as we had also collected something from another takeaway that was cold due to the fact you never had our meal ready We were told by the man it’s cooked from fresh! Well you know that and why say it would be ready for 1730 then? We sat down to have our meal a mixed chicken tikka meal which I’m sure you will agree Is not a cheap meal, low and behold there was no salad and we got sent a plain nann So I called up to get the problem rectified the man on the phone was so cheeky like it’s not my problem you got the order wrong it was his but he’s like oh oh ok I will send the right order I said ok as by this time our meal was now cold I asked when he said he didn’t know it was busy again not my problem as you got the order wrong the customer service was terrible Anyway a bit later someone turned up with a garlic nann and a salad? We were told a full new order was coming so thanks for nothing as I would not reheat chicken our meal is in the bin I am absolutely furious about this as we are good customers so if someone can get back to me asap to rectify this by either a full re order of everything or a refund I will take this further if no response

Naan breads were either overcooked or not fresh.

After waiting 15 mins they told me. Wait. I’ve not received your order. Then 10 mins later started making my food and I finally got it 1hr after the collection time, then they give me a single extra sauce after all that time sitting about in their shop! Terrible. All because they “didn’t have the tablet turned on” shocking. This is my local and I think it’s time to switch
